These Terms govern the use of the Fexd platform, which connects Users, Sellers, and Drivers for food delivery, parcel services, and other goods.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Order Accuracy: Users must ensure the accuracy of delivery details.
2.2 Prohibited Items: Users must not use the platform to send tobacco products or alcoholic beverages or any illegal items.
2.3 Allergies and Consumption Risks: Users are responsible for verifying product safety (e.g., allergy risks).

3. Seller Responsibilities

3.1 Product Listings: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, tax rates, and prices.
3.2 Intellectual Property: Sellers must ensure their listings do not infringe copyrights.
3.3 Prohibited Goods: Sellers must not list alcohol, tobacco, or other restricted items.
3.4 Compliance with Laws: Sellers are responsible for compliance with Finnish VAT regulations.

4. Driver Responsibilities

4.1 Timely Delivery: Drivers must deliver items promptly and intact.
4.2 Parcel Integrity: Drivers are not liable for unopened parcels but must refuse suspicious packages.
4.3 Safety Compliance: Drivers must comply with traffic and safety laws.

5. Liability

5.1 Company Disclaimer: Fexd is an intermediary platform and is not liable for:

• Product quality or safety (Seller responsibility).

• Delivery delays or damages (Driver responsibility).

5.2 User Indemnification: Users indemnify the Company against claims arising from prohibited actions.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved under Finnish law. The venue for disputes is Helsinki District Court.

7. Termination of Access

Fexd reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.
